La insatisfacci\u00f3 \u00e9s una valoraci\u00f3 personal de la qualitat del son que considera m\u00e9s d&#8217;un aspecte:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La conciliaci\u00f3 del somni (\u201cem fico al llit per\u00f2 no puc dormir\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La durada (\u201cdormo b\u00e9 per\u00f2 no m\u00e9s de quatre hores\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La qualitat del son (\u201cdormo vuit hores per\u00f2 m&#8217;aixeco m\u00e9s cansat del que em vaig ficar al llit\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La consolidaci\u00f3 del somni (\u201cem desperto diverses vegades i no dormo profundament\u201d).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"causes-de-linsomni-per-que-passa\"><\/span><b>Causes de l&#8217;insomni. Per qu\u00e8 passa?<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Hi ha moltes raons darrere de l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 de l&#8217;insomni, tant agut com cr\u00f2nic:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Factors ambientals<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">: llum, soroll, canvis d&#8217;horari laboral, jet-lag\u2026<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Factors psicol\u00f2gics:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> dol per mort, per\u00edode d&#8217;ex\u00e0mens, ruptures de parella i altres factors que causen \u201cestr\u00e8s\u201d.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Patologies f\u00edsiques:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> apnea de son, dolor agut intens, sufocacions de la menopausa, picor important, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Patologies d\u2019origen psicol\u00f2gic o mental:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> depressi\u00f3, dem\u00e8ncia.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Relacionat amb subst\u00e0ncies:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> consum excessiu de cafe\u00efna, retirada de medicaments per dormir en persones que n&#8217;han abusat, \u00fas de medicaments que dificulten el son, consum cr\u00f2nic d&#8217;alcohol, \u00fas de drogues que impliquen agitaci\u00f3 o nerviosisme, etc.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Si est\u00e0s patint d&#8217;insomni \u00e9s important veure, a m\u00e9s de com resoldre l&#8217;insomni, si aconsegueixes recon\u00e8ixer alguna causa darrere aquest s\u00edmptoma. Resoldre aquesta causa ser\u00e0 all\u00f2 que faci que l&#8217;insomni desaparegui realment.<\/span><\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"tipus-dinsomni\"><\/span><b>Tipus d&#8217;insomni<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Depenent del grau de trastorn del son, podem diferenciar diferents tipus d&#8217;insomni:<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"insomni-agut\"><\/span><b>Insomni agut<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00c9s el que sol ser de curta durada, ja que nom\u00e9s apareix en dies puntuals i pot durar dies o setmanes. Aquest insomni \u00e9s el tipus m\u00e9s com\u00fa, afectant tamb\u00e9 el manteniment i la conciliaci\u00f3 del son. Generalment se sol donar a causa d&#8217;esdeveniments traum\u00e0tics i puntuals, la pres\u00e8ncia d&#8217;un trastorn psiqui\u00e0tric com podria ser l&#8217;estr\u00e8s o l&#8217;ansietat, les pressions familiars, entre altres situacions que embolcallen alteracions emocionals.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"insomni-cronic\"><\/span><b>Insomni cr\u00f2nic<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Quan l&#8217;insomni dura m\u00e9s de tres mesos es considera cr\u00f2nic. Tractaments<\/b><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Un cop s&#8217;han identificat les causes, es poden aplicar tractaments i mesures per recuperar la manca de son. \u00c9s recomanable informar el teu equip d&#8217;atenci\u00f3 m\u00e8dica de la situaci\u00f3 perqu\u00e8 puguin oferir els recursos m\u00e9s apropiats per al teu cas. Aquestes ter\u00e0pies tenen la finalitat de produir canvis en termes psicol\u00f2gics, conductuals i fisiol\u00f2gics per evitar l&#8217;aparici\u00f3 i el manteniment de la manca de son. Per exemple:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>T\u00e8cniques de relaxaci\u00f3:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> L&#8217;\u00fas de bioregulaci\u00f3, relaxaci\u00f3 muscular progressiva i exercicis de respiraci\u00f3 poden ser efectives en la reducci\u00f3 d&#8217;ansietat abans de dormir.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Privaci\u00f3 de son:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aquesta ter\u00e0pia es basa a reduir el temps que el pacient passa al llit i evitar les migdiades per restringir el son durant el dia i augmentar el cansament per a la nit.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Insomni apr\u00e8s: <\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La ter\u00e0pia consisteix a reduir l&#8217;estr\u00e8s i l&#8217;ansietat que envolta poder dormir, i mantenir-se despert en comptes d&#8217;esperar a agafar el son.<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>Control d&#8217;est\u00edmuls:<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> Aquest \u00e9s un m\u00e8tode que serveix per evitar factors que no permetin agafar el son.
