En el 2016&nbsp;ten\u00edem&nbsp;una facturaci\u00f3 una mica per sobre de 2.900.000 i un EBITDA del 2,36%.<\/p>\n<p>Seguim&nbsp;amb inversions anuals constants per a continuar ajudant a la farm\u00e0cia.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"quantes-farmacies-la-conformen-el-grup-de-farmacies\"><\/span><strong>Quantes farm\u00e0cies la conformen el grup de farm\u00e0cies?&nbsp;<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>171<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"quin-ha-estat-levolucio-en-els-ultims-anys\"><\/span><strong>Quin ha estat l\u2019evoluci\u00f3 en els \u00faltims anys?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>En el 2016&nbsp;ten\u00edem&nbsp;unes 184&nbsp;farm\u00e0cies<\/p>\n<p>Estem en una situaci\u00f3 sanejada, amb una facturaci\u00f3 de m\u00e9s de 3.400.000 \u20ac i&nbsp;amb un EBITDA del 8,3%. En el 2016&nbsp;ten\u00edem&nbsp;una facturaci\u00f3 una mica per sobre de 2.900.000 i un EBITDA del 2,36%.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"quines-son-les-principals-fites-daquest-grup-i-els-reptes-pendents\"><\/span><strong>Quines s\u00f3n les principals fites d\u2019aquest grup i els reptes pendents?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Verticalizaci\u00f3n cada vegada m\u00e9s accelerada, digitalitzaci\u00f3 de la farm\u00e0cia i automatitzaci\u00f3 de tot el&nbsp;Backoffice.<\/p>\n<p>Nova imatge corporativa i en aquest 2021 llan\u00e7ament del nostre primer pla de comunicaci\u00f3 global al costat d\u2019una ag\u00e8ncia de comunicaci\u00f3<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"quina-importancia-te-el-proces-de-digitalitzacio-per-a-el-grup-de-farmacies-ecoceutics\"><\/span><strong>Quina import\u00e0ncia t\u00e9 el proc\u00e9s de digitalitzaci\u00f3 per a&nbsp;el grup de farm\u00e0cies&nbsp;Ecoceutics?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>\u00c9s central,&nbsp;\u00e9s una part important de la nostra manera de ser,&nbsp;fins i tot de la nostra ra\u00f3 d\u2019existir.&nbsp;Ecoceutics&nbsp;\u00e9s una empresa que va ser creada per farmac\u00e8utics, que \u00e9s propietat de farmac\u00e8utics i que la seva funci\u00f3 \u00e9s ajudar a la farm\u00e0cia, Hi ha alguna ajuda major que acompanyar a la farm\u00e0cia&nbsp;en aquests&nbsp;moments de&nbsp;canvi i&nbsp;de disrupci\u00f3, en els quals la digitalitzaci\u00f3&nbsp;ha&nbsp;irromput?&nbsp;En&nbsp;Ecoceutics&nbsp;creiem que no.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"que-esta-fent-el-grup-en-aquest-sentit\"><\/span><strong>Qu\u00e8 est\u00e0 fent el grup en aquest sentit?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Abans de veure que fem o no, crec que \u00e9s important saber el per&nbsp;qu\u00e8&nbsp;ho&nbsp;fem. Ser digital significa, en la nostra opini\u00f3, un canvi cultural,&nbsp;un canvi&nbsp;de&nbsp;com&nbsp;es fan les coses, abra\u00e7ar la tecnologia i no tenir por del futur, sin\u00f3 \u201cenamorar-se\u201d d\u2019ell.<\/p>\n<p>Digitalitzar-se significa utilitzar tota la tecnologia per a ser m\u00e9s productiu, eliminant totes aquelles tasques que t\u2019allunyen de la teva ra\u00f3 de ser, que \u00e9s ajudar a les persones.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"creu-que-les-farmacies-espanyoles-estan-digitalitzades\"><\/span><strong>Creu que les farm\u00e0cies espanyoles estan digitalitzades?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No, de cap de les maneres. Per qu\u00e8 continuem puntejant factures, fent comandes manuals, verificant condicions de manera artesanal,&nbsp;quan la tecnologia ens facilita tot&nbsp;aix\u00f2? El dia que tot aix\u00f2 ja no ho&nbsp;fem manualment, tal vegada podem afirmar que comencem a ser digitals.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"com-sha-de-raelitzar-aquest-proces-quina-tactica-han-de-seguir\"><\/span><strong>Com s\u2019ha de raelitzar aquest proc\u00e9s? Quina t\u00e0ctica han de seguir?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La t\u00e0ctica, en la nostra opini\u00f3, va al final,&nbsp;no el m\u00e9s i important.&nbsp;Considerem que tota decisi\u00f3&nbsp;est\u00e0&nbsp;composta de&nbsp;An\u00e0lisi&nbsp;\u2013<\/p>\n<p>Estrat\u00e8gia i T\u00e0ctica, per\u00f2 \u00e9s cert, que ens anem molt de pressa cap a la t\u00e0ctica, imagino que ser\u00e0 perqu\u00e8 \u00e9s algo tangible i ho controlem.<\/p>\n<p>Creiem&nbsp;que,&nbsp;si la teva proposta de valor \u00e9s ajudar a les persones, estar prop d\u2019elles, totes les tasques que no ajudin en&nbsp;aquesta proposta&nbsp;de&nbsp;valor&nbsp;han de ser&nbsp;&nbsp; automatitzades. Per posar un exemple, en&nbsp;Ecoceutics&nbsp;les nostres farm\u00e0cies ja no puntegen factures de majoristes, les comandes directes als laboratoris tenen l\u2019opci\u00f3 de fer-los&nbsp;mitjan\u00e7ant algorismes, la verificaci\u00f3 de les condicions \u00e9s&nbsp;autom\u00e0tica\u2026comencem&nbsp;per tot aix\u00f2, que ens lleva temps di\u00e0riament.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"una-farmacia-es-digital-per-tenir-web\"><\/span><strong>Una farm\u00e0cia \u00e9s digital per tenir web?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>No, de cap de les maneres. Aquest \u00e9s un gran error, que no sols es comet en el nostre sector, confondre ser digital amb tenir web.&nbsp;Tenir web o vendre per internet pot ser una pota de la digitalitzaci\u00f3, per\u00f2 de cap manera \u00e9s la digitalitzaci\u00f3 en&nbsp;si&nbsp;mateixa.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"com-creu-que-estan-afrontant-les-farmacies-espanyoles-le-commerce-pensa-que-ja-no-ho-veuen-tant-com-una-amenaca-per-al-principi\"><\/span><strong>Com creu que estan afrontant les farm\u00e0cies espanyoles l\u2019e-commerce?&nbsp;Pensa que ja no ho veuen tant com una amena\u00e7a per al principi?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Perqu\u00e8 no ho s\u00e9, la veritat. Crec que tot va de proposta de valor.&nbsp;&nbsp;No em cansar\u00e9 de repetir que el m\u00e9s important \u00e9s fer&nbsp;una an\u00e0lisi.&nbsp;Quina proposta de valor triomfa en internet? La de&nbsp;Amazon, que&nbsp;est\u00e0&nbsp;centrada en \u201cno tindr\u00e9 problemes\u201d i \u201cho trobo tot\u201d. Veig que moltes empreses, comer\u00e7os es llancen al m\u00f3n&nbsp;de el&nbsp;ecommerce&nbsp;amb la&nbsp;\u00fanica&nbsp;proposta de valor de \u201cem compraran perqu\u00e8 s\u00f3c jo\u201d o \u201cser\u00e9 el m\u00e9s barat\u201d, la segona em sembla m\u00e9s interessants que la primera. Ara b\u00e9, hem de tenir clar que:<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Hem de ser coherents. No podem vendre un producte en internet a 10 i en el nostre establiment a 20<\/p>\n<p>\u2013 Hem de tenir clar que, \u201csi nom\u00e9s oferim producte, el client nom\u00e9s busca preu\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u2013&nbsp;I&nbsp;finalment, una frase que no \u00e9s meva per\u00f2 que utilitzo molt, hem de tenir clar que \u201cqui a preu mata, a preu mor\u201d..<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"com-dona-suport-a-el-grup-de-farmacies-ecoceutics-a-limpuls-del-comerc-electronic-entre-les-farmacies-del-grup\"><\/span><strong>Com d\u00f3na suport a&nbsp;el grup de Farm\u00e0cies Ecoceutics a&nbsp;l\u2019impuls del comer\u00e7 electr\u00f2nic entre les farm\u00e0cies del grup?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La&nbsp;reflexi\u00f3&nbsp;que em sorgeix \u00e9s podrem, com a sector,&nbsp;crear 1 web per farm\u00e0cia, \u00e9s a dir&nbsp;23.000 webs per a vendre&nbsp;tots&nbsp;el mateix?&nbsp;Quin sentit&nbsp;t\u00e9?&nbsp;Em costa veure-ho.&nbsp;No creiem que el futur de la farm\u00e0cia&nbsp;a mitj\u00e0&nbsp;termini&nbsp;passi per vendre productes en l\u00ednia, perqu\u00e8 per un tema de capacitat de compra i economies d\u2019escala, ser\u00e0&nbsp;dif\u00edcil&nbsp;ser competitius, si la nostra \u00fanica proposta de valor \u00e9s el preu. No obstant aix\u00f2, aix\u00f2 no&nbsp;significa que&nbsp;Ecoceutics&nbsp;no tingui&nbsp;una proposta digital per a la societat,&nbsp;que en els pr\u00f2xims mesos llan\u00e7arem, amb la finalitat d\u2019ajudar a la farm\u00e0cia i al pacient.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"quines-dades-em-pot-donar-sobre%e2%80%afel-que-suposa-la-venda-online-de-productes-farmaceutics-a-espanya-contrastant-ho-amb-altres-categories-com-per-exemple-moda-electrodomestics-papereria-o-viatges\"><\/span><strong>Quines dades em pot donar sobre\u202fel que suposa la venda&nbsp;online de productes farmac\u00e8utics a Espanya, contrastant-ho amb altres&nbsp;categories com per exemple moda, electrodom\u00e8stics, papereria o viatges?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Al voltant de 200 milions d\u2019euros,&nbsp;estant en la posici\u00f3 29 de les categories amb m\u00e9s vendes. La moda embeni al voltant de 2.000&nbsp;milions&nbsp;\u20ac, i el sector viatgi uns&nbsp;2.000 milions d\u2019euros.&nbsp;papereria&nbsp;350 milions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"un-dels-temes-del-seminari-es-lus-de-les-promocions-%e2%80%af-quan-i-de-quina-manera-es-pot-plantejar-una-estrategia-de-promocions\"><\/span><strong>Un dels temes del seminari \u00e9s l\u2019\u00fas de les promocions:\u202f Quan i de quina manera es pot plantejar una estrat\u00e8gia de promocions?<\/strong><span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Les promocions formen part de la t\u00e0ctica, juntament amb la distribuci\u00f3 o empla\u00e7ament, el producte i el preu.&nbsp;Tenim la sensaci\u00f3&nbsp;que&nbsp;moltes vegades nom\u00e9s existeix la promoci\u00f3 com a eina d\u2019increment de&nbsp;Sell&nbsp;Out.
