La teoria \u201ccalories dins, calories fora\u201d<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La caloria \u00e9s una unitat d&#8217;energia que es va definir originalment en estudis fets en els camps de les ci\u00e8ncies m\u00e9s dures: f\u00edsica, qu\u00edmica i enginyeria van ser les branques de la ci\u00e8ncia que es van preocupar inicialment pels intercanvis de calor i energia. El concepte \u201ccaloria\u201d es va relacionar amb els aliments i amb el metabolisme a partir de la segona meitat del segle XIX, \u00e8poca en la qual va comen\u00e7ar l&#8217;estudi de les necessitats nutricionals i energ\u00e8tiques del cos hum\u00e0. Quantes calories gastem cada dia? Quantes calories ens donen els aliments? Quins aliments hem de menjar per a cobrir les nostres necessitats d&#8217;energia i de nutrients? Quan apareixen les malalties relacionades amb les mancances nutricionals?<\/p>\n<p>La ci\u00e8ncia no va demorar molt a adonar-se que (a grans trets) si ingerim una certa quantitat de calories, llavors haur\u00edem de cremar les mateixes calories per a mantenir el nostre pes: neix la teoria de les<em> calories dins, calories fora<\/em>. Sota el mateix raonament, engreixem per menjar m\u00e9s calories de les que gastem i aprimar hauria de ser tan senzill com ingerir menys calories que les que gastem en un dia.<\/p>\n<p>Aquesta teoria, encara que atractiva per la seva senzillesa, ha demostrat ser massa simplista en la seva concepci\u00f3 del metabolisme i del sobrep\u00e8s. Ara b\u00e9, t\u00e9 un cert punt de veritat: consumir m\u00e9s calories de les que gastem, de manera consistent, ens porta al sobrep\u00e8s. I si aquestes calories venen de les prote\u00efnes, engreixarem? La resposta \u00e9s complexa: en teoria podem ingerir calories de m\u00e9s a trav\u00e9s de les prote\u00efnes, per\u00f2 tamb\u00e9 hi ha altres factors involucrats que matisen una mica aquesta idea.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"les-proteines-i-la-sacietat\"><\/span>Les prote\u00efnes i la sacietat<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>La sacietat \u00e9s la sensaci\u00f3 d&#8217;haver menjat suficient, sensaci\u00f3 que marca el moment en el qual parim de menjar perqu\u00e8 \u201cestem plens\u201d. La sacietat est\u00e0 controlada en l&#8217;\u00e0mbit cerebral per hormones relacionades amb el metabolisme dels carbohidrats, els greixos i les prote\u00efnes. Encara s&#8217;estan estudiant els processos involucrats en la sacietat i ens queda molt per aprendre, per\u00f2 respecte a la sacietat i les prote\u00efnes podem afirmar que:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Els menjars rics en prote\u00efnes suprimeixen la secreci\u00f3 de la <em>grelina<\/em> molt millor que els menjars amb menys prote\u00efnes. La <em>grelina<\/em> \u00e9s l&#8217;hormona secretada per l&#8217;est\u00f3mac buit i que indueix la fam, per tant, els menjars rics en prote\u00efnes indueixen la sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat de manera indirecta.<\/li>\n<li>Les prote\u00efnes estimulen de manera directa la secreci\u00f3 de dues hormones intestinals que controlen la sacietat, <em>GLP-1 <\/em>i<em> PYY<\/em>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Aix\u00ed, els menjars que s\u00f3n riques en prote\u00efnes mantenen la sensaci\u00f3 de sacietat durant m\u00e9s temps que un altre tipus de menjars, com els plats pobres en prote\u00efnes i rics en hidrats de carboni. Per tant, podr\u00edem pensar que \u00e9s m\u00e9s dif\u00edcil \u201cpassar-se de calories\u201d quan mengem menjars rics en prote\u00efnes que quan prenem les mateixes calories a trav\u00e9s d&#8217;aliments que no inciten tant a la sacietat com els dol\u00e7os, els brioixos, etc.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"les-proteines-i-els-acompanyaments\"><\/span>Les prote\u00efnes i els acompanyaments<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Tamb\u00e9 cal considerar amb quines altres cosa ingerim la prote\u00efna. A vegades prenem una barreta de prote\u00efnes o un batut. Altres vegades mengem carn, pollastre o peix acompanyats amb pur\u00e9s, verdures rostides, amanida, etc. I el nostre cos no activar\u00e0 les mateixes rutes metab\u00f2liques amb un batut proteic que un pollastre amb espinacs: el pollastre acompanyat d&#8217;espinacs, encara que tingui les mateixes prote\u00efnes que un batut i aportaci\u00f3 les mateixes calories a nivell proteic, compta amb la fibra saciant de l&#8217;espinac. Aquest plat sadollar\u00e0 molt, ja que activa els processos de sacietat de la prote\u00efna i de la fibra alhora. A m\u00e9s, mastegar a consci\u00e8ncia al pollastre dona temps al fet que s&#8217;activin tots els processos de la sacietat. Menjar lentament i mastegar b\u00e9 cada mos ens permet sadollar-nos amb menys menjar i ingerir menys calories que preparant un batut de prote\u00efna menys ric en fibres que bevem en dos minuts.<\/p>\n<h2><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"conclusio-la-proteina-engreixa-o-no-engreixa\"><\/span>Conclusi\u00f3? La prote\u00efna engreixa o no engreixa?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h2>\n<p>Com veus, aquesta pregunta \u00e9s complexa. No \u00e9s q\u00fcesti\u00f3 de discutir sobre si \u201cla prote\u00efna engreixa o no engreixa\u201d, sin\u00f3 que cal analitzar la nostra nutrici\u00f3 en el seu conjunt: quin tipus de prote\u00efnes mengem? Amb qu\u00e8 l&#8217;acompanyem? Qu\u00e8 mengem entre hores? Fem <a href=\"https:\/\/www.ecoceutics.com\/ca\/respostes-de-salut\/salut\/dieta-dejuni-intermitent\/\">dejuni intermitent<\/a> o mengem cada quatre hores? Quant exercici fem?<\/p>\n<p>Dissenyar un pla d&#8217;alimentaci\u00f3 haur\u00e0 de contemplar tots aquests i altres factors, no solament la quantitat de prote\u00efna. En la farm\u00e0cia podem ajudar-te amb consells generals per a millorar la teva nutrici\u00f3 en general, i tamb\u00e9 disposem de diversos suplements que poden complementar la teva ingesta proteica.
